Cirrus Clouds Ventures is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are continually improving the user experience for all visitors.

Israeli Standard IS 5568 (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) This site strives to conform to the Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines.

This site strives to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is the Israeli implementation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We have implemented the following accessibility measures on this website:

Skip Navigation Link A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.

Alternative Text for Images All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use empty alt attributes or aria-hidden.

Keyboard Navigation All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) are accessible via keyboard using Tab, Enter, and Space keys.

Color Contrast Text and background color combinations meet WCAG 2.0 AA minimum contrast ratio requirements of 4.5:1 for normal text.

ARIA Labels & Landmarks ARIA roles (main, navigation, banner, contentinfo) and aria-label attributes help screen readers understand page structure.

Semantic HTML Structure Proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3), landmark elements, and semantic HTML5 tags provide clear document structure.

Language Declaration The page language is declared with lang="en" on the html element. Hebrew content is marked with lang="he" and dir="rtl".

Visible Focus Indicators All focusable elements display a clear, visible focus outline when navigated via keyboard, meeting WCAG 2.4.7.

Form Labels & Instructions All form inputs have visible labels, and required fields are clearly indicated. Error messages use ARIA live regions.

Reduced Motion Support Animations and transitions are disabled for users who have enabled "prefers-reduced-motion" in their system settings.

High Contrast Support The site respects the prefers-contrast media query and adjusts visual styles to meet enhanced contrast requirements.

UserWay Accessibility Widget An on-page accessibility widget (UserWay) provides additional tools including font size adjustment, color filters, and screen reader optimization.

מגבלות ידועות 3. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.0 AA criteria. Known limitations include:

Third-party LinkedIn feed (Elfsight widget): The embedded LinkedIn activity feed is served by a third-party provider (Elfsight). We cannot fully control the accessibility of this embedded content. We are working with our provider to improve this.

Hero background images: The decorative background images in the hero and delegations sections are implemented as CSS backgrounds to avoid redundant alt text, and are marked as decorative. Screen readers will not announce these images.

Gradient text: The hero heading gradient text uses CSS background-clip. On very old browsers, the text may not display correctly. A solid fallback color is provided.

We are actively working to remediate all known issues. If you encounter any accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us (see Section 5).
